4. Shipping Costs

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your payment provider (processing time may vary)

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
